Ingredients

  • 1/2 cups ScotMaplefoods Oat Flour.

  • 3 ripe avocados.

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract.

  • 4 tbsps organic honey.

  • 2 eggs.

  • 1 tbsp tahini.

  • 3 tbsp nut butter of choice.

  • 1 tsp baking soda.

  • 1 tsp baking powder.

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil.

  • 4 tbsp cacao powder.

  • 1 tbsp strong coffee.

  • 3/4 cups mini chocolate chipsr soup.

Directions

  • Mix all of the following ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • Bake in a muffin pan for 20 mins at 375°F.
  • Cool completely on a rack.
  • Serve alone or with a scoop of your favourite nice cream!
