Oat Avocado MuffinCourse: SnacksCuisine: CanadianDifficulty: Easy
1/2 cups ScotMaplefoods Oat Flour.
3 ripe avocados.
1 tsp vanilla extract.
4 tbsps organic honey.
1 tbsp tahini.
3 tbsp nut butter of choice.
1 tsp baking soda.
1 tsp baking powder.
2 tbsp coconut oil.
4 tbsp cacao powder.
1 tbsp strong coffee.
3/4 cups mini chocolate chipsr soup.
- Mix all of the following ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Bake in a muffin pan for 20 mins at 375°F.
- Cool completely on a rack.
- Serve alone or with a scoop of your favourite nice cream!
