ScotMaple 100% Whole Psyllium Husk Powder - Suggested Use
Psyllium husk can be used as a binding agent for recipes where gluten is naturally absent. You can use it in baking, vegetable based recipes (like fufu), and can also be added to some cereal to increase fibre content. As a supplement, use in your favourite juice or beverage, mixing 1 tablespoon (approximately 10g) in 1 cup (8oz) of fluid. Stir and drink immediately, and be sure to drink at least another cup of water to hydrate. Always follow the guidance of your health care provider.Canada

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
