● Your shipping rate will depend on your location, the total weight of the product, and it is calculated at the check out using our carrier live rates.

● Standard Shipping may take between 3 – 7 business days depending on your location.

● Next day delivery is only available for orders within the city of Toronto, Halton Region, Peel Region, York, Hamilton, Kitchener/Cambridge/Waterloo and Guelph. Orders must be placed before 3pm to ensure next day delivery.

● Shipping rates on orders in remote areas are variable depending on the weight of the product(s) and the shipping address.

● If your area is considered a remote area, please send an to sales@scotmaple.com and if possible, we will try and figure out the best way to provide you with our products.

● Please note that our selected carriers within Canada deliver between Monday – Friday.

● Expedited Delivery? If you need us to expedite your order, please leave a note in the shopping cart. We will do our best to meet your requirements.


● For addresses based in the US, shipping costs will be based the type of shipping and your location. 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@scotmaple.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
