Firstly, try to put down your cutlery in between two to three bites and take your time to enjoy the food by chewing slowly.

2. Portions
Portion control is essential to healthy eating. Rather than eating straight out of the packaging, measure your food to yourself in smaller plates or bowls to help reduce the temptation of packing on more. it's best to do this for even snacks, fruits, and nuts.

On those occasions, decide how much food would be enough to satisfy your hunger and ask them to pack the rest in a takeaway pack so you can eat it later at home.
