Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
The traditional midnight snack that helps you get through work, get through the night and in general just makes you feel better. You know it, Chocolate Chip Cookies. We have a recipe that’s just as lovely but of course healthier because we want to keep you healthy. Let us know when you’ve tried it.
Ingredients

400g of ScotMaple Oat flour.

150g of salted butter/ butter replicant.

125g of cane sugar.

200g of brown sugar.

3g of vanilla extract.

100g of eggs/egg replicant.

1 tsp of salt.

1 Tbsp of baking powder.

1 tsp of salt.

300g of gluten free chocolate chips.
Directions
- Preheat oven at 190 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes
- With a mixer, beat the room temperature butter with sugar.
- Add vanilla extract & eggs.
- Pour the sifted ScotMaple flour, salt & baking powder.
- Finally add in the chocolate chips.
- Place balls of approximately 10g if you want a small size or 25g if you’re opting for a larger size
- Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 10-12 minutes.
