Oat Fufu Recipe
This Oat fufu recipe is a healthy and delicious alternative to regular fufu. It can be served with either vegetable soup, ogbono, gbegiri, okro, assorted meat stew, egusi, ewedu and more.

- 200g of ScotMaple Whole 100% Grain Oat Flour
- Hot boiling water
Directions
- Boil some water in a pan, and then turn down the heat.
- Whilst stirring the water. gently pour in about 200g of ScotMaple Oat Flour and continue stirring until it forms a cooked dough.
- Cover and allow the mixture to simmer with low heat for another two minutes, intermittently stirring the mix as required.
- Serve the oat fufu with a choice of stew or soup.
